Delivery Policy

Every product at VST Vault is a digital download. There is no physical item, no shipping cost and no waiting for the post. This page explains exactly how delivery works.

Instant download

As soon as your payment is confirmed, an email with your download link is sent to the address on your order. In most cases the email arrives within 60 seconds. The download link is also added to your account area, so you can come back and download again at any time.

What you receive

Each product page lists what comes in the download. For plugins this usually means installers for both macOS and Windows — included in one purchase, no extra cost. Sample packs and presets arrive as a single archive ready to drop into your DAW.

If your email does not arrive

If you do not see the download email within a few minutes:

  • Check the spam, junk and promotions folders of the email address you used at checkout.
  • Search your inbox for “VST Vault” or the product name.
  • Make sure you typed the email address correctly on the order page.
  • Sign in to your account at vstvault.com — your download is also waiting there.

If you still cannot find it, contact [email protected] with your order number. We resend the link within minutes.

Re-downloading

You can re-download every product you have bought from your account area, for as long as the product remains in our catalogue. If you change computer, lose the file or simply want to install on a second machine, sign in and download again.

Mac and Windows

Plugin products at VST Vault ship with both Mac and Windows files when both versions exist. You pick the platform on the product page, and the matching installer is included with your purchase. If you need the file for the other platform later, contact support and we will send it.

File sizes

Sample libraries, Kontakt libraries and large bundles can be several gigabytes. We recommend downloading on a stable connection and using a wired connection where possible for the largest files.

No physical shipping

VST Vault does not ship physical products. There are no postage charges, customs fees or delivery times to plan around. Whatever the country, whatever the time of day, your download is ready immediately after payment.
