Welcome to VST Vault. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vstvault.com and any product you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About us

VST Vault is an online store for music producers, based in the United Kingdom. We sell digital products only — VST plugins, presets, sample packs, DAW templates, Kontakt libraries and bundles. Contact us at [email protected].

What you buy

All products sold at VST Vault are digital downloads. There is no physical product, no shipping and no posted item. After your payment is confirmed, the download link is sent to your email and is also available in your account area.

Using the products

When you buy a product from VST Vault, you receive the right to use it in your own music production work — personal projects, commercial releases, client work, sync placements and live performance. You may install it on as many of your own computers as you need to do that work.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, repackage or upload the product to file-sharing sites
Share the download link, files or your account with other people
Claim the product as your own work outside of music you have made with it
Use the product to build a competing store or compilation

These restrictions exist to protect the developers whose work fills the catalogue.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

Prohibited uses of the site

You agree not to use the site to:

Break any UK or EU law
Harm, harass or threaten other users or our team
Upload viruses, malware or any code that could damage the site
Try to access areas, data or accounts that are not yours
Scrape, copy or republish our content without permission

Intellectual property

The VST Vault name, logo, website design, product photos and store copy belong to VST Vault. The plugins, samples and other audio content sold on the site belong to the developers, producers and labels who made them. We sell their work to you for use in your music — nothing more.

Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are handled by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Refunds

Our refund rules are set out in full on the Refund and Returns Policy. In short: digital products are refundable within three days of purchase only if the product does not work and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to make sure every product works and every page on the site is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the products will meet every specific need or work in every possible setup. To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost projects, lost time.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms — for example, by sharing your downloads with other people or by uploading them to a public site. Where this happens, refunds will not be issued.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
